Steph’s Pimiento Cheese Spread















1/2 block of cream cheese

1/2 cup Hellman’s Mayo

1 cup hand shredded sharp cheddar

1 small (4oz ) jar diced pimiento with juice

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Splash of hot sauce


Allow the cream cheese to soften.


Shred 1 cup of sharp cheddar- (do not use pre-shredded if you can avoid it).


Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl. DO NOT DRAIN the chopped pimientos.



Mix it all together and refrigerate for a few hours or even overnight for the flavors to blend.


Serve with crostini, make a sandwich, top a burger, the options are endless!
